How can I send a reminder to parents regarding activity permission and/or payment?

Firstly, you need to ensure the activity has been published to portal.
Go to Activities module > click on Activity reminder in left hand side panel . Select excursions > tick the activity >


Select either Send Parent Reminder: Activity Payment or Send Parent Reminder: Activity Permission Slip


Tick the students and select either email or portal notification. Add feed notification message and Send.
