Can I add different levels of risk to an activity/excursion?

You can add levels for risk assessment to comply with government requirements.
Go to Activity Setup > Approval/Risk Assessment > Edit an existing template > Activity/Program Section > go to Risk Level of Activity/Program.
The drop down provides 6 levels of risk.
