Are we required to have a work flow for every excursion?
This ensures that all excursions/activities go through a proper vetting process.
- Name: Update / change the name of the workflow.
- Description: Update / change the description of the workflow.
- Approval Steps: Different levels of approval through the workflow.
- Please Note: Final step will act as a completed approval step and does NOT require approval.
Each assigned approver/approver group needs to approve before you go to the next stage.
Organisers and teachers will only see the workflow
Any assigned approver or group of approvers receive a notification via the dashboard to action an approval or acknowledge a stage was approved.
