How do I publish Activity Information to parent portal?

Not all schools want to send permissions or payments through to the parent portal.
 There is an option to send information only. 
 Go to your activity and once approved and ready to run.
Click on Publish to Portal. There is now the option to publish information only- no permission or payment required.
