Activity lists are defined in setup, and often imported from Activities. Check the cycle instances, manual/import settings and reports settings in the Activities module. 

In Reports check: 

• The manual/import settings.

• The cycle instances for import. 

• The last import timestamps. 

•  The activity group assigned to the overall schema. 

In Activities check: 

• Show in Reports setting.
