Do I need to sync data from/to the Department's systems?
Finance related transactions automatically sync with the Department’s SAP Finance solution.
On the whole, there is no requirement for you to routinely perform this task. But you can Sync Master Data if necessary. For example, where a new cost centre has been created and you wish to select this for a Fee, but it is not appearing for selection. You could use the Sync Master Data button to pull down the most current data from the Department.
