I have published payment requests to the Portal, but parents cannot see them, why?

For registered Portal Users, you must have Parent Portal 2 switched on.

Secondly, in the Portal Console Module you need to ensure the following is enabled.

1.    Go to Portal Console module | Portal Console Setup | General | Access Controls.

2.    Select Parents.

3.    Select Manage Parent Portal Access.

4.    Select the following two checkboxes:

    Payments: Allow parent to view and pay school invoices

    Payments: Allow parent to view statement of account for linked debtors.
