Does cancelling an activity cancel the balance of Fees for that activity?
Where an activity has been cancelled, you need to cancel the Fees for the activity via the Finance module, which is separate to the Activities module.
If payment has been made already against the Fee, Sentral will create a Credit for the associated Contact, and this can be used against other Fees or alternately refunded to the Contact.
If no payment has been made against the Fee, the Fee will be shown as VOIDED.
