Can parents allocate available credit to a fee item via the Parents app?

Parents can view total available credit in the Parents app. This includes credit notes and overpayments. It does not include subsidies.

If your school has enabled this capability, parents can allocate available credit to a fee item.

Steps for parents to follow:

  1. Log into the Portal and select Payments.
  2. View information under Payable. If you have credit to allocate, the amount of credit is displayed.
  3. Select the Allocate Credit link under a fee item to allocate credit to that item.
  4. Under Payment Summary, next to Use Unallocated Credit, enter an amount.
  5. Select Allocate Credit. Each credit allocation is processed separately. This means that each fee resets the available credit balance once processed.
  6. Select Confirm.
  7. Repeat for subsequent fees if there is still available credit to use.
