Eftpos terminals

For NSW DoE schools, payment methods are pre-configured for selection and used in Sentral. Eftpos is the only payment method requiring configuration to enable its use.

To configure EFTPOS:
  1. Go to the Finance module
  2. Select Finance Setup
  3. Choose EFTPOS Terminals.
  4. Select Add EFTPOS terminal.
  5. Give the terminal a name e.g. Terminal 1 or ‘Front Desk’.
  6. Enter the terminal ID.
  7. Select Save.
Steps 4 – 7 should be repeated for each EFTPOS terminal the school has in place.
