Can I add a new inbuilt medicine so we can receive expiry alerts? - NSW Department of Education

Medication expiry alerts and notifications can only be configured for the three inbuilt medications, Asthma inhaler, Epipen Standard and Epipen Juinior. Unfortunately, additional inbuilt medications cannot be added to Sentral.

Schools can report on all medication expiry dates by going to -
1. Health module
2. Select Reports
3. Select Medication
4. Choose Scheduled Student Medication in the Reports Type dropdown (top right).
5. In the Date section, and Expiry Date, set the expiry date range to filter results.
6. Select Search
7. In the Column visibility section, ensure the Show Expiry Date box is checked.
8. (Optional) Select Save Report or Export Report
