Why do the status colours always stay as Yellow (incomplete) for Student Comments?

Sentral Reports doesn't know when you have finished your comments. Just because you have, for example, reached the comment word limit, does not necessarily mean the comment is complete.

For this reason, comment completion is set via a manual toggle. Teachers can set them manually by clicking the status indicator on each student as they are done, or use the Select all students and then Mark as completed on the fill-down bar to do the whole class/KLA at once.
