How Can I Check Messages have been sent?

Sentral Messaging keeps a record of all the messages you sent, both via email and SMS.
You will see a list of all your past messages, with the relevant associated information.
There is a "Delivery Status Legend" at the bottom of the page, explaining what each status means.

To access this record, go to Sentral Messaging > Outbound Messages > View Messages

The Legend below explains the colouring scheme.

Delivered:The message has been delivered to the recipient's email or mobile device.
Undelivered:The message has not yet been delivered to the recipient. This means that the message has been sent to the mobile carrier however they haven't returned a status.
Failed:The message has failed to be delivered to the recipient. This usually means a number or email address is no longer in service/valid, or can be due to a full mailbox.
Duplicate:The message was detected as a duplicate and has not been sent, this is so the recipient doesn't receive duplicate messages.

This will display the message sent but also those who did receive and didn't.

Further Explanation
The return of an Undelivered means that a parent's phone service provider has been unable to send a response back to your server to identify the status of the message.  This is quite common and is currently solely dependent on the provider of the parent's phone number where this status generates. Unfortunately, this is largely out of our control, as it all depends on a few different factors - whether the parents's phone is in range at the time the message was sent, the provider and other variables outside of our ability to track.
