How to add a teacher to Wellbeing drop down boxes?

Some of the Sentral Wellbeing dropdown boxes for staff, such as Incident Notifications, are not automatically populated. If you do not see a specific teachers name in a welfare incident drop down list you will need to follow the steps described below. 

Important to note
This requires Administrator access to Sentral Wellbeing.
  • Click on Wellbeing Setup > Recipients
  • Check to see that the teacher exists in the list of current recipients, if not you will need to click the Add Recipient button
  • Type in the teachers name and then use the users drop down box to link that username with the correct teacher. The User/teacher has to exist in Sentral to be assigned as a recipient. 
  • Click Save and the teacher should now appear in the drop down box.
