How do I assign classes to a schema in a High School report?

The Assessment Schema is where you draw in the specific subjects and criteria that will be assigned to each class for class teachers doing the data entry.

Important to Note:
This requires Administrator access to Sentral Reports.

To ensure that classes are assigned to a Schema, go to: 


  • Academic Reports > select a reporting period >  Academic Reports Setup > Faculty Schema 
  • Click on Faculty name 
  • Click Assign Classes against a Schema
  • Tick the relevant classes to be assigned to this particular Schema only
  • Click Save 

You should now be redirected back to the Faculty screen listing all Schemas within that Faculty and in sub-title italic text below each Schema name, you should see the classes attached listed.
