For example. a student may move from Maths1 to Maths2, and you want those changes reflected in Timetables, but the students report is based on Maths1.

Note: This requires Administrator access to Sentral Reports

Once in Sentral Reports;

• Academic Reports  Setup > Reporting (left menu) > Classes
• Click the Import from Sentral Datalayer button in the top right of your screen. 
• All classes are selected by default. You may only want to select certain classes. Select None, and highlight only the classes you want to reimport.
• Click the Import button 

You should now see updated student class information in Reports.

Q: Will this affect data entry for existing students?
A: Maybe. This action will only affect the lists of students in classes, and not any existing marks. If a student has now left a class, he is marked as inactive and can easily be reinstated. If a student has moved into a new class, this change will be reflected.
