How do I allow parents to see Wellbeing information in the Parent Portal2?

Sentral Student and Parent Portal has modular access controls. That means it allows you to control which modules and what information parents can get access to.

Important to Note
This requires Sentral Administrator access.

To activate Portal Access for Parents to Wellbeing, you need to go to:
  • Portal Console Setup > Access Controls > Parents 
  • Ensure Wellbeing View is switched on
This gives parents access to the wellbeing overview, but you can then configure what Wellbeing data is being displayed by going to
  • Wellbeing > Wellbeing Setup > Categories > Edit 


You will need to do that for each category.
