Suspensions do not seem to be mapping to the correct attendance codes. How do I fix this?
When you put a student on a suspension, it should automatically populate Sentral Attendance with the appropriate attendance codes, but these codes are not always the same and require some setup changes.

The reason this is occurring is due to the setup within Wellbeing for Suspensions. To ensure they are all using the correct Attendance code, go to:

The reason this is occurring is due to the setup within Wellbeing for Suspensions. To ensure they are all using the correct Attendance code, go to:
- Sentral Wellbeing > Wellbeing Setup
- Suspensions: note on this page, the Default Attendance Code is set correctly to Suspended
- Edit each Suspension Type: noting, each Type has the ability to set an Attendance Code outside of the default set above
You'll need to Edit all of these options and ensure that the Suspended code is correctly applied to all Suspension Types which will then sync the correct Attendance code when Suspensions are entered into Wellbeing.
