You can import the period structure from Timetabling by clicking on Import from Timetables 
You can also manually creating the periods by clicking on Add underneath the day displayed.
Fill in all the period details and click on Save.

 

Note: If you are manually creating periods and your period structure is the same every day, you can setup Monday’s Periods and copy to the other days of the week.
