How do I place a student on a Level or Suspension?

Sentral Wellbeing is designed to track and monitor all kinds of information and incidents related to a Students Wellbeing in your school. Levels and Suspensions are just some examples of these.
  • To place a student on a Level, go to Wellbeing > Levels > Place on Levels
  • Search for the relevant student(s) on the right hand side.
  • Fill in all the information for Levels Placement Detail, ie date and time, expiry date, and a description if needed
  • Click Save.
The suspensions process is very similar, go to;
  • Wellbeing > Suspensions > Place on Suspension
  • Search for the student in the search field on the right
  • Select the suspension from Suspension Category, type, start date and type in the expires after how many school days and a comment
  • Click on Save.

You can also place students onto suspensions when creating incidents in the follow up actions.
