Why can't notification recipients access a Wellbeing Incident if is marked Confidential ?
There is a setting within Wellbeing which allows notification recipients to have access to confidential incidents - so anyone you choose to notify will gain access to an incident even though it's confidential

- Wellbeing > Wellbeing Setup > Incidents
- Set the option "Notification Recipients Can Access Incidents." to Yes.
What you then do, upon creating the sensitive incident for the student is always:
- ensure that the incident is Marked as Confidential; AND
- ensure that the relevant staff members are selected - Year Coordinators - from the "Notifications" drop-down.
Year Coordinators will then receive a Dashboard notification with a link to the incident for them to view and will only have access to those they are notified on.
