How do I link staff accounts with my Administration System?
Having staff user accounts linked to their relevant "back end" record is an important process, as it matches the logged in using with your Administration system.
Important to Note
This requires Sentral Administrator access
Ensuring staff are correctly linked to the Staff ID is also relevant to:
Attendance - notifications
Dashboard - timetable/class widgets
Issue Tracking - notifications
Markbook - sync staff
Portal - my classes/homework
Profiles - email class
Reports - auto assign staff
Wellbeing - notifications
To ensure Staff are Linked to their Data Layer Staff ID - being either 3pi, SAS Staff ID, Maze SFKEY, Enrolments ID, etc
- Sentral Setup Cog > Manage User Accounts > Edit User
- Use Search field to link each user to their appropriate Data Layer Staff ID
