Why are my Parents complaining about their Interviews being imported incorrectly to their Google Calendar?

When a parent books an Interview via the Parent Portal, they receive a confirmation email with a calendar attachment, in ICS format.

Some parents may complain, when they import this ICS attachment, that their bookings are all mixed up. It has been discovered that this is due to Google Calendars being set to the wrong timezone. In a lot of cases, by default, Google sets your Calendar timezone to BST.
This will need to be changed to the correct Timezone to match your schools Sentral Server, (eg, Sydney/NSW), to ensure the entries are imported correctly.
