Why are Headers and Footers printing on my Google Chrome Kiosk Slips?

Sentral Attendance Kiosks use Google Chrome as the preferred web browser. There appears to have been an update to Google Chrome which sets the heaters and footers to 'on'

The instructions on how to fix this are below;

When the print preview window pops up, click on +More Settings


Untick the headers and footers checkbox, and click Print. This will remember your settings for the future.
