Students are never removed from Sentral. There is an internal system setting which specifies whether or not a student is active. When a student leaves, they are set as inactive, and hence no longer generally available in Sentral, however you can search for them, and generate the relevant data.
Browse to the Sentral Module you wish to view this students data in, eg Wellbeing.
- Click on the drop-down arrow in the Search <Module Name> field on the top right.
- Check the Inactive Students option
- Click OK
- Type in the Students leaver's name
This will generate all data for the particular module relating to this student.
