How do I allow all staff to assign other staff to tasks in Issue Tracking?

By default, only Administrators have access to assign a task to another staff member, however there is a setting in Issue Tracking which allows this for all staff.

If you wish for all staff users to be able to Assign the staff member to the task within Issue Tracking, you will need to go to: 
  •  Issue Tracking Setup
  • Types
  • Edit against a Type
  • Under "Assignee Options:" Set the "Can non-managers set an Assignee"" option to YES
