What happens when a flexible student selects Flexible on Kiosk after their required Start Time?

When the student selects the Flexible Start after their required start time via the Student Kiosk, the system will register 2 x absences: 

1 x Explained Flexible Late for the Start of Day to the Start of their required first period; and 
1 x Unexplained Late for the time of Start of their required first period to the time they present at the kiosk

The slip will then generate as a Flexible Late Rejected for the remainder of the time wherein the student was required to be at school that morning.
