Can individual calendars be combined into one calendar view?
There is no combined view of all individual calendars however, if you subscribe to calendars, it does provide you with an amalgamated view of your subscriptions.
To do so, go to:
- Calendars
- Select one of the calendars
- click on Preferences
- click on Subscriptions
- tick the boxes of the calendar you want to share
- click Save to apply.
- When you go back to the calendar view, a list of yuor subscriptions will be visible.
Note: Calendars must have a view privilege of Open: Anyone for calendars to be subscribed to it.
This will enable ALL entries of the Calendar you are subscribing-to appear on the calendar you are currently accessing. There is currently no way to specify whether or not the entry gets copied across, it will just be visible within the Subscribed calendar by default when entries are made.
