How/Where do I generate a list of Students and All Classes Attendance Percentage?

This is one that can often confuse people, as it can be reasonably expected that this information could be found under Attendance, or Class PxP. However, because the information is generated by student(s), and not by class, this is found under Profiles.

Important to Note
Even though this export uses Class PxP data, the report/export is actually run from Profiles.
As this is using PxP data, if not all rolls are marked, data may be skewed.

  • Go to  Profiles 1 > Exports
  • Select Attendance Data from the first drop-down
  • Select Class Attendance Analysis from the second drop-down
  • Select applicable group of students to generate 
  • Select timeframe for Class Attendance
  • Click Export
