Markbook Highlighting and Colour codes explained
Screenshot Example | Colour | Description |
Green Background Calculation | Calculation column shaded green. Denotes the calculation is up to date since last contributing column update. | |
Red bg Calculation | Calculation column shaded red. Denotes the calculation is not up to date and needs to be run as a contributing column has been updated since last run. | |
Red Foreground and Red Background Task | Task result text is red with shaded red background. Denotes an invalid score has been saved which falls outside the maximum allowed value. | |
Blue foreground and Blue background Task | Task result text is blue with shaded blue background.
Denotes the score has been Estimated. To estimate, the user will click on a BLANK cell within a Task column and select the 'Estimate' option. | |
Orange bg Calculation | Calculation cell OR column shaded orange.
Denotes the column uses Progressive Totals options to either: Treat as Zero; or Skip and Scale for blank Tasks used within the calculation. NB: If No is selected, the Blank Task will be assigned an N/A result within the Calculation column. | |
Red background Task | Task cell shaded red. Denotes a 0 result for a Task has been set as 'Not Attempted'. |
