Why do I get an 'error 11' when I try to import into Cases21? (VIC)
If you do not wish to change the students' scores, you can unlink the affected domain or dimension so that the invalid results do not export.
However, please be aware that if you do this there will be no official record of your students' assessment for that domain or dimension in CASES21, nor will you be able to export data for it from CASES21 back to Sentral in order to generate 'previous' progression points from CASES21 data.
The recommended course of action is to adjust your student scores to fit with the designated guidelines.
