Why are none of my new students appearing in PxP class rolls?

When importing students from your administration system, Sentral's data layer importer will take note of the enrolment date - ie the date the students enrolment starts. This problem may appear particularly during school breaks, and even more so at the beginning of the year.

When data is imported, if the date of enrolment date is in the future, not all student data will be imported. They will appear in attendance as "Active". but with a future enrol date. They will not appear on any PxP rolls.
To make students appear, you can either bring the enrolment date forward, or they will appear once the date of enrolment is reached.

An example - Pxp Rolls

A new student is starting at your school, named 'Laura BUNDY'. In your administration system, her enrolment date is set to 28/1/2021.
Laura will not appear on a PxP roll until this date is reached. 
You could change the date to today, or any day earlier, and she will appear in the system as expected.
