Why do my Sentral pages appear broken or "pushed down" on some computers?
We have discovered that, in some cases, browser "plugins" can affect the way Sentral is displayed in your web browser. You may also see this same issue in other systems or web pages, it is not specific to Sentral itself.
The plugins that are KNOWN to cause issues with Sentral are:
- iSkySoft DVD Creator
- AllMyTube
- Impero Plugin for Google Chrome - this particular plugin causes issues when editing Wellbeing Incidents
Removing or disabling the problem plugin will allow Sentral to display correctly.
Important to Note
You may require local IT support to remove or disable a browser plugin, as administrative privileges may be required.
