Why are my N Award Letters History Counts incorrect?
To ensure that the Tally Counts are including N Awards for the correct timeframe, navigate to Wellbeing > Setup Wellbeing (requires Wellbeing Admin access) > Details Summary > Edit N-Award Details and select the applicable options.
You will need to verify the status of each N Award entry at the time of print and ensure that the correct merge field is being used to count as required by the school.
- Log into UI and open up Wellbeing
- Verify the students' incidents for that COURSE - checking other Subjects won't be relevant to the count, most cases the count will always be based on the one Course
- Note the bottom of the screen's N Award Resolution Status - In Progress, Completed, Not Completed
- Verify the correct merge field is in use within the letter based on the following table:
