Preliminary and Rosa N Award counts are restricted to Calendar Year, regardless of Subject used within N Award incident. If it is required that a certain tally count include a previous incident of hte same subject for the current cal year, it is recommended to create a 'dummy' incident to ensure that the tally count is correct for the current year's incidents' count tally to generate correctly.
HSC Warnings include Term 4 of the same Subject and Type eg. Warning to ensure correct count tallies are generated on letters.
