Why are some addresses missing from Email to Student Teachers?

The most common reason for a particular staff members email address missing is because Sentral does not have an email address recorded for that staff member.
This is a particularly common occurrence with teachers new to your school.

A staff member can edit their own user profile by clicking on their name, in the top right hand corner.
A Sentral administrator can assign email addresses, via;
  • Sentral Setup Cog  > Manage Users
  • Click Edit for the teacher, and enter email address
  • Click Save
If the staff member has an email address, check they appear in Sentral timetables, with the correct details, and that all ID fields match in both your timetable package and administration system, or the Teacher is mapped correctly under Teacher Mapping/
