Why are the contacts for my student not showing within the rest of Sentral (such as within the Student Profiles screen)?

With Enrolments, the support for multiple contacts and households means you could have a large number of people recorded against a given student. To assist the system in knowing which ones are important, the contact must be flagged as a Primary Contact within the student’s Contact Ordering display. This flag can also be set through the Household screen within a student.

You should ensure the contacts are ordered on this screen in the same order that the families have expressed their preference to be contacted. You can prioritise the contacts across multiple linked families.

By default only the first two primary contacts will be shown elsewhere within Sentral.
