This is as a result of a setting found within:
- Reports
- Setup Academic Reporting (top right)
- General (left menu)
- Global Config
- Rank 0 Results as Schema Total
As per the on-screen blurb, if this is turned on, students with a 0 result will be ranked as the total of current students in the schema. With this turned off, the students rank may be lower as students without results are not included in the rankings. You will need to set this as required across all reporting periods, as this is a global setting for the Reports module.
