Why are my Emergency Contacts not displaying correctly?

  If you are using different SortOrder on siblings who are attached to the same Family record, try this:

There is a Student Details Display setting found under:

  • Sentral Setup Cog > Manage User Accounts > General > Student Details Display Settings


This setting has a few caveats

It will display the relevant contacts as they are seen in SAS, however after this has been applied, the contact ordering in profiles will no longer be the same in messaging.
This setting was introduced so that we could handle emergency situations where we want the correct contact order showing, but as yet this change is not reflected across other modules.
