What does the 'X' stand for in the 'Official Record of Attendance' report?

In this report, the X character is used as delimiter to denote either the start of end of the attendance report.

It can denote one of the following:

  • The first official day of attendance for a student
  • The first day of a term
  • The final day of a term
  • The final official day of attendance for a student
