Why can't I search for a Student who has a Draft (Incomplete) enrolment?

Student enrolment records which are still in the Draft (Incomplete) stage will not be searchable within the Search Enrolments / Enrolments module screens until they have been saved to a status which is not Draft (Incomplete).

This will require filling in the relevant details on the Enrolment details screen for this student. If a record is in the Draft (Incomplete) status, you can only access these details by navigating to:
  • Enrolments > Pending Enrolments > Draft (Incomplete) 
  • Edit the record to be completed
Once they are updated to a different status, the Search Enrolments field (top right) will generate this student's name.
