How do I display Markbook results within the Portal?

Sentral Student and Parent portal is designed to be very modular, and by default the display of all information is turned off. It is possible to display Markbook information in the Student and Parent Portal.

Even if Displaying Markbook in the portal is enabled, and a student or parent has access, by default no marks will be published unless explicity set to do so.

Important to Note  
This requires Sentral Administrator level access, or you need to be assigned as a Faculty Head with Markbooks.

Go to Portal Console > Portal Console Setup > Access Controls > Markbook: View
Settings > Markbook > tick what to display

A Faculty Head Teacher or Markbook Administrator can specify whether to publish a column's results to the Portal by clicking on
  • the Column Header
  • select the option 'Publish column to Portal to ensure that no columns are displayed in the Portal without first having specified this within the Markbook module itself.
