Why am I required to have a username for each Kiosk profile? - Best Practices Explained

Sentral Attendance Kiosk is highly configurable, and you can create a number of different profiles and menu types.

For auditing purposes, Sentral suggest that you create a new profile for EVERY kiosk, as this profile will be assigned to a unique user. This means that, in the event there is an issue, misuse of a kiosk, or attendance concern, it is possible to track which attendance entry was created by which kiosk.

Sharing profiles between kiosks means all attendance records will be created equally, and its not possible to tell which kiosk was used in the creation or modification of an attendance record.
