How do staff block out periods of unavailability within Interview sessions?

In an Interview session, staff can manage periods of unavailability themselves (if this option has been setup).

Staff can navigate to the Interviews module and click:
  • Manage Unavailability
  • Select the date they will be unavailable from the drop-down if more than one interview session date
  • Set a Start and End Time by clicking on the time field to update
  • Enter a reason
  • Click Save to apply
