Why isn't my Academic Reporting data importing to Analysis?

Academic reporting data will not be imported into the Analysis module if:
  • the reporting period is still open eg. the End Date has not been passed yet; 
  • the reporting style used is Interim Style; or 
  • the options have been configured within Analysis to exclude the reporting period / calendar year / school year.   
    • Analysis Setup > Academic Reports Settings 
Once your Academic Reports have been finalized and distributed, you can import the data into Sentral Analysis.


Important to Note
This requires Administrator level access to Sentral Analysis

Once in Analysis, go to;
  • Analysis Setup  > Academic Reports Setting
  • Click on Synchronise Reports Achievements  

This takes a few minutes to complete, and runs in the background.
