Can I check whether staff members are able to receive Dashboard or Email notifications?
Important to Note - This requires Administrator access to Sentral
To check if staff members are able to receive Dashboard or Email notifications -
Note that a staff member must also have a valid email address associated with their account
To check if staff members are able to receive Dashboard or Email notifications -
- Go to Sentral Setup
- Select Manage User Accounts from the dropdown list
- from the left hand side menu select Notification Settings
