Can Wellbeing incidents be set to default to confidential?
This requires Administrator level access to Wellbeing
Go to;
- Wellbeing > Wellbeing Setup > Categories.
- Edit the relevant category and toggle the Default to Confidential setting to Yes.
- Save to confirm.
