Why is a removed User Still Appearing as a Class/Assisting/Supervising/Year Advisor?
To ensure this does not occur, before removing a user from Sentral Setup > Manage User Accounts, ensure that you navigate to any open reporting periods and navigate to:
- Academic Reports Setup > Staff Roles
- click on the staff member's name
- de-select any classes/years assigned as required
- Save to apply.
- Sentral Setup Cog > Manage User Accounts > Deactivated Users
- find the user in the list and click the Reinstate button aligned with their name
- then run through the steps above to clear their role.
Once updated, then remove them again under Sentral Setup Cog > Manage User Accounts > click Remove against their user account.
